Coolant keeps the engine at its ideal temperature: it neither freezes in winter nor boils in an August traffic jam in Málaga. It also protects the circuit against corrosion.
Not all coolants are equal, and they can’t all be mixed. We refill with the correct antifreeze specification and colour for your engine. And changing the fluid isn’t always enough: if the circuit is dirty, a cooling-system clean (flush) before refilling is worth it.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use water instead of coolant?
Only as an emergency fix, and carefully. Water alone doesn’t protect against corrosion or freezing and boils sooner. The right choice is coolant to your car’s spec.
Does the antifreeze colour matter?
The colour hints at the coolant technology, but the manufacturer spec is what rules. Mixing incompatible types can form sludge and damage the circuit.
